Job description

As an housekeeper you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service & build relationships with regular and new guests. Developing excellent product knowledge to make menu and drink recommendations that delight our customers.

  • Clean guest rooms and public areas to high standards
  • Change bed linens replenish toiletries and ensure rooms are well presented
  • Report any maintenance issues
  • Adhere to health & safety
  • Work efficiently both independently & as part of a team
Qualifications

Previous experience preferred but not essential
A positive attitude & strong work ethic
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Additional Information

This is a casual hours position involving shifts across the operational hours of the department (08:00 15:00 including weekends & bank holidays)
This role has no guaranteed hours of work hours of work can therefore vary from week to week and as a result there may be weeks when no hours of work are offered.
