Job summary

Rudding Park Hotel is seeking energetic, positive team members for the rooftop spa areas, reception and spa garden. You will support daily operations, maintain high standards of guest service and promote beverage sales while upholding spa hygiene and product knowledge.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and ability to work with the spa and hotel teams to create memorable guest moments.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential.
• Passion for going above and beyond in guest service.
• Good level of computer literacy and database knowledge of booking systems, as well as experience working with Excel.
• Ability to work cohesively alongside the reception and wider spa team.
• Physically fit and able to count, lift and move laundry around the spa.
• Previous guest service experience in a guest-facing role desirable.

Responsibilities

• Interact and communicate effectively with all team members of the spa and hotel.
• Ensure any guest feedback is communicated to the manager promptly.
• Utilise sales tools to facilitate the sales process, predominantly beverage sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of back of house areas in line with protocols.
• Carry out pool cleaning where required.
• Ensure water tests are carried out at appropriate intervals.
• Ensure full open and close down of rooftop spa areas.
• Be knowledgeable about all spa products and services.
• Provide outstanding guest experiences.
