Rudding Park Hotel in Harrogate is seeking a dedicated Night Spa Cleaner to maintain exceptional cleanliness across the spa, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff.

You will handle cleaning tasks in sauna, steam rooms, treatment areas and public spaces, adapting to high standards and safety guidelines while contributing to a relaxing guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is required.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Organised with an eye for detail and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Being positive, trustworthy and teamwork focussed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service spa areas including saunas, steam rooms, changing rooms, treatment rooms.
• Maintain hygiene standards and COSHH compliance.
• Ensure cleanliness of public spaces, corridors and pool area.

We are searching for a Night Spa Cleaner to join our Rudding Park team. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the spa, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for both guests and team members at all times.

Part Time - 21 hours per week

Job Summary

What we are looking for

• Experience in a similar role is required
• Good knowledge of housekeeping processes and procedures is desirable
• Basic English communication skills
• Organised with an eye for detail and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Being positive, trustworthy and teamwork focussed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service allocated areas to the highest standards of cleanliness - Saunas, Steam Rooms, Changing rooms & showers, Treatment rooms, Public bathrooms, Horto, Pool area and Roof Top Spa.
• Clean and service allocated areas to the highest standards of cleanliness - M&E Public areas and Restaurants.
• Comply with health and safety and COSHH requirements, ensuring correct signage and products are used in correct areas.
• Ensure Cleaning store cupboards are kept orderly and replenished to the correct levels with cleaning materials.
• Ensure that all corridors and public areas are kept clean and tidy ensuring that equipment does not block any thoroughfares.
• Report lost property via the proper procedure.
• Maintain the highest levels of security ensuring that the Spa is secured after cleaning, keys are kept secure at all times and immediately reporting any suspicious behaviour or characters.
• Report any faults of equipment to maintenance immediately and also any faults within guest/staff areas.
• Undertake any periodic and special cleaning requirements as necessary.

In return for your hard work and commitment we offer

• Enhanced pay- 50p per hour for evening work after 7pm (Sunday - Thursday), £1 per hour for weekend day work until 7pm (Saturdays and Sundays), £1.50 per hour for evenings from 7pm (Friday and Saturdays)
• Service Charge (Tronc) earn up to an additional £5,000 per year
