Job summary

Rudding Park is seeking an enthusiastic Reservations Specialist for weekend-focused shifts. You will manage individual and group bookings across the Hotel, Restaurants, Spa and Golf, driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling while maintaining high guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong hospitality experience and excellent communication. The position offers weekend availability with flexible hours, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for training and development

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and passion for hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Working pattern to include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle individual and group reservations for Hotel, Restaurants, Holiday Park, Spa and Golf.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Process bookings with accuracy and ensure payment details are correct.
• Provide high-quality guest care and to exceed service levels.
• Attend meetings and training as required.
