Job summary

Rudding Park is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant for Horto, Clocktower or our Meetings & Events team. This role includes serving and clearing food at tables, presenting and pouring beverages, and upholding our luxury hotel standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve food to tables from the kitchen and maintain knowledge of menu items.
• Display, open and pour beverages at the table with proper presentation.
• Clear tables and reset area for next guests.
• Perform additional duties as requested by the Duty Manager.

We are looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant for either Horto, Clocktower or our Meetings & Events team. This would include serving and clearing food to and from tables - presenting and pouring beverage to tables. Work within the standards set by the hotel to ensure guest service is met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serving food to tables from the kitchen - showing competent knowledge of what is being served.
• Displaying, opening and pouring beverage to the table - showing skill to present and open a bottle of wine.
• Clearing tables
• Taking up any other duties needed asked for by Duty Manager
