Job summary

Rudding Park in Harrogate seeks an enthusiastic, positive and energetic team member to support the smooth operation of the Rooftop Spa areas and reception. You will help provide the highest levels of guest service, cleanliness and spa experiences while promoting food and drink services.

The role involves interacting with spa and hotel teams, handling guest feedback promptly, and contributing to sales efforts with beverage products.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail.
• Passion for going above and beyond.
• Good computer literacy and experience with booking systems, plus Excel.
• Ability to work cohesively with the reception and wider spa team.
• Physically fit and able to count, lift and move laundry around the Spa.
• Guest service experience in a guest-facing role desirable.

Responsibilities

• Interact and communicate effectively with spa and hotel teams.
• Relay guest feedback to the manager promptly.
• Utilise sales tools to facilitate beverage sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of back of house areas per protocols.
• Carry out pool cleaning when required.
• Ensure water tests are carried out at intervals.
• Open and close rooftop spa areas fully.
• Know all spa products and services.
• Provide outstanding guest experiences.
