Job summary

Rudding Park is seeking enthusiastic, positive and energetic individuals to join the Destination Experience Team. Weekend work with flexible hours across shifts from 8am to 6.30pm, offering up to £14.42 per hour and a £30,000 annual FTE equivalent.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences across rooms, golf, spa and restaurants, while driving occupancy and revenue through upselling and attentive service. Training is provided and company benefits are listed in the offer.

• Knowledge of Agilysys is preferable, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all booking details are correctly completed for rooms, golf, holiday park, spa and restaurants.
• Handle and convert telephone and email enquiries to exceed service level agreements.
• Maximise occupancy and revenue by upselling and cross selling per pricing strategies.
• Support with administration from online Spa bookings.
• Demonstrate high quality guest care to exceed service requirements.
• Assist with daily running of the Destination Experience Team within SLAs.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as requested.
• Perform other duties as requested by managers.

Hours & Flexibility

We are looking for someone who can offer a flexible approach to working hours, with a minimum commitment of 3 weekends out of 4. We are happy to discuss the number of hours to suit the right candidate, so whether you are looking for part-time or a larger number of hours, we would love to hear from you.

Weekend availability is an essential part of the role, and the successful candidate will need to be able to commit to working at least 3 weekends out of every 4.

Role Overview

• Ensure all booking details are correctly completed for rooms, golf, holiday park, spa and restaurants including but not exclusive to, profiles, market segment, source of enquiry, rates, VIP's, repeat guests and payments
• Handle and convert telephone and email enquiries to exceed service level agreements
• Maximise occupancy and revenue for all revenue streams by upselling and cross selling in line with pricing strategies so to exceed key performance drivers i.e. average room rate, occupancy, yield, treatment room occupancy, roof top spa occupancy
• Support with administration from online Spa bookings
• Demonstrate high quality guest care to exceed service requirements
• Assist with the daily running of the Destination Experience Team to ensure all work is completed within agreed service level agreements
• Daily with correspondence checks, to ensure all arrival details are correct and bookings are guaranteed
• Ensure booking confirmations are issued within the agreed service level agreement
• Ensure the office is always kept clean and tidy
• To attend all meetings and training sessions when requested
• Any other duties as requested by the Destination Experience Manager, Assistant and Team Leaders
