In this role, you will provide on-site technical support, handling installations, repairs, and testing of robotic systems. You will manage your projects independently and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education and experience.
• Familiarity with robotics or complex capital equipment preferred.
• Strong analytical and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support and customer service.
• Install, repair, maintain, and test Mako robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in the field.
• Document service activities and complete detailed service reports.
