The RPA Engineer will design, develop, and implement automation solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, configure RPA tools, and ensure robust, scalable solutions that align with organizational goals.
Process Analysis & Design
- Collaborate with business teams to assess processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Document workflows and create detailed process maps for automation.
Development & Implementation
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots using platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Configure and integrate RPA solutions with existing applications and databases.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of bots.
Maintenance & Support
- Monitor and maintain RPA solutions post-deployment.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement fixes promptly.
- Update bots to accommodate changes in business processes or systems.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards.
- Maintain documentation for all automation processes and updates.
Collaboration & Training
- Work with cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, and vendors.
- Provide training and support to end-users and junior developers.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or .NET.
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and API integrations.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
