A leading medical technology company is seeking a Product Support Specialist to provide exceptional support for joint replacement procedures, including MAKO robotic surgery. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of theatre experience and strong communication skills. You will coordinate training with the sales team and ensure compliance within clinical settings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a collaborative spirit, professionalism, and a motivated approach within a fast-paced environment. Significant travel (80%) is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ theatre or medical experience required.
• Knowledge of cost pressures surrounding surgical procedures.
• Experience in workshop/product demonstration and anatomy knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all Stryker products associated with Joint Replacement procedures.
• Coordinate training and events with local sales team.
• Provide support for MAKO robotic procedures.
