Hours: This is a SUPERFLEX CONTRACT - 2 weeks working rota at a time.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the breakdown team to attend breakdowns, diagnose issues and work on vehicles to get them back on the road, or ensure safe return to workshop.
• Identify problems and advise customers on vehicle issues.
• Perform vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including electrical diagnostics.
• As a Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician, represent the business and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Preferably Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, but Level 2 or equivalent qualifications (City & Guilds, IMI, NVQ) are acceptable – must provide proof of qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a vehicle workshop or as a Mobile Vehicle Technician.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points or bans.
• A demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic skill set.
