Job summary

The RAC is seeking a Roadside Technician to join the Plymouth cluster. You will perform mechanical roadside repairs, diagnostics and breakdown support, starting and finishing each day at home while servicing members in your local area.

Eligible candidates hold a Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with at least two years of post-qualification experience and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent), with at least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
• Customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK
• Start and finish the day at home, with a RAC van, fuel card and tools provided
