Job summary

The RAC is hiring a Roadside Technician. You will perform mechanical roadside repairs, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK, starting and ending each day from home and servicing members in your local area.

You will have a Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years post-qualification experience and a full UK driving licence. The role includes a RAC van, fuel card, uniform, tools and a focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification with at least 2 years post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
