Job summary

Allianz Partners is hiring experienced roadside technicians in the UK to start and finish from home, operating a fully equipped van to diagnose and repair at the scene when safe. You will travel across specified areas and handle end-to-end customer engagement.

The role offers a clear shift pattern, paid overtime, and comprehensive benefits, with ongoing training including EV Level 3 IMI Accredited and ATA Level 3 roadside diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a vehicle/roadside technician.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills with modern equipment.
• Confident, calm customer communication at the roadside.
• Full UK driving licence and comfortable driving a van.
• EV credentials welcome or training commitments offered.

Responsibilities

• Attend roadside calls, diagnose faults and repair on scene when safe.
• Decide between repair and recovery; arrange recovery if needed.
• Own each job end-to-end with clear customer communication.
• Operate and maintain the van and tools; follow safety procedures.
• Meet service and quality standards with achievable financial targets.
• Work in an AI/data analytics environment with secure data handling.
