Job summary

Allianz Partners is hiring experienced vehicle technicians for UK roadside service. You will start and finish from home, operate a fully equipped van, and diagnose faults to return customers to the road or arrange recovery when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a vehicle or roadside technician with independent site work.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills with modern equipment.
• Confident customer communication and safety leadership.
• IT literacy; able to use diagnostic software and mobile apps accurately.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel UK regions.

Responsibilities

• Attend roadside calls, diagnose faults, and repair at scene when safe to do so.
• Make safety-led decisions on repair vs recovery and arrange it when needed.
• Own each job end-to-end and communicate with customers clearly.
• Operate and maintain the van, tools, and parts; keep notes in systems.
• Meet service, safety and quality standards with efficient, pro‑customer delivery.
• Work in an environment shaped by AI, data analytics, and cloud tools.
