Allianz Partners is seeking an experienced roadside vehicle technician for field-based, home-start work across the UK. You will diagnose faults on site and repair where safe, or arrange recovery when necessary, ensuring customers reach their destinations.

You’ll operate a fully equipped van, manage tools and parts, and maintain accurate records. Key requirements include independent field experience, strong diagnostics, IT tool proficiency, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a vehicle or roadside technician who can work independently at the scene.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills with modern equipment.
• Confident, calm customer communication; you’re the face of Allianz Partners at the roadside.

Responsabilités

• Attend roadside assistance calls, diagnose faults using modern diagnostic tools, and repair at scene where safe and possible.
• Make safety-led decisions on repair vs recovery; arrange recovery/workshop attention when needed.
• Own each job end-to-end: communicate with customers, set expectations, and provide reassurance.
