Job summary

Allianz Partners is seeking an experienced roadside vehicle technician in the UK. You will start and finish from home, operate a fully equipped van, and diagnose faults with modern tools to get customers back on the road or arrange recovery when necessary.

This field-based role offers clear outcomes, paid overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package including private medical cover and a company pension contribution up to 6.5%. EV training and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven roadside technician with on-site decision-making autonomy.
• Strong fault-finding using modern diagnostic equipment.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to drive a van.

Responsibilities

• Attend roadside calls, diagnose faults and repair on scene where safe.
• Decide between repair and recovery and arrange workshop attention when needed.
• Own each job end-to-end with clear customer communication.
• Maintain van, tools, and accurate notes in our systems.
• Meet safety standards while working toward targets with rewards.
• Work in an environment leveraging AI, analytics and cloud tools.
