Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a committed Registered Nurse for a nursing home in Northwich, Cheshire. You will provide nursing and dementia care, manage medications, and contribute to care planning in a supportive team environment.

The role offers permanent shifts (days or nights) with a competitive hourly rate of £22.50 and an annual salary up to £56,160, plus benefits such as a pension, induction, paid training, enhanced bank holiday rates, and recognition schemes.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
• Proven experience in a care setting is preferred.
• Strong time management and team collaboration skills.
• Able to demonstrate a can-do attitude at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines.
• Maintain and review residents' care plans with input from residents and relatives.

An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Northwich, Cheshire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This nursing home provides nursing care, dementia care, residential care, respite and short stay care, as well as end of life care

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As a Nurse your key responsibilities include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company's medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
• A good team player
• Able to show a can-do attitude always
