Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a committed Registered Nurse for a first-rate nursing home in Northwich, Cheshire. You will join a provider delivering nursing, dementia, residential, respite and end-of-life care. A current NMC pin is required to be considered for this role.

You will assess residents, administer medications, maintain care plans with families and professionals, and escalate ill-health promptly. Excellent salary and benefits are on offer.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
• Experience working in a care setting is preferred.
• Strong time management, leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess residents' needs and identify priorities of care.

• Ensure care plans are completed with input from residents, relatives and professionals.

An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Northwich, Cheshire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This nursing home provides nursing care, dementia care, residential care, respite and short stay care, as well as end of life care

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As a Nurse your key responsibilities include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company's medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
• A good team player
• Able to show a can-do attitude always
