Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a Registered Nurse to join an exceptional care home in Congleton, Cheshire. You will join a team delivering dementia, residential and respite care in a relaxed, supportive environment.

To be considered, you must hold a current NMC Pin. The role offers day and night shifts with a salary up to £54,912 per year (£22.00 per hour).

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
• Experience in care settings is preferred.
• Able to work as part of a team and lead when required.
• Strong time management and leadership skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and set priorities for care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Ensure care plans are completed with residents, families and health professionals.
• Report ill-health and arrange GP/professional visits when necessary.

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• A good team player
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
• Able to show a can-do attitude always
