Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is recruiting a committed Registered Nurse to join a nursing home in Northwich, Cheshire. You will provide high-quality nursing, dementia, residential, respite, and end-of-life care, with permanent day or night shifts available.

The role requires a current NMC PIN and solid care-experience in a similar setting. You will assess residents, administer medications, maintain care plans with families and professionals, and promptly report health changes.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC PIN.
• Experience in a care setting preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork across care teams.

Responsibilities

An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Northwich, Cheshire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This nursing home provides nursing care, dementia care, residential care, respite and short stay care, as well as end of life care

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key responsibilities include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company's medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
• A good team player
• Able to show a can-do attitude always
