VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide extensive administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and its committees. You will prepare agendas, collate materials, and produce accurate minutes that reflect confidential discussions, while ensuring timely data and action tracking across risk governance bodies.

The role requires precision, discretion and the ability to communicate with Senior Management, aiming to deliver high-quality risk reporting

Qualifications

• Solid experience within automotive finance or the banking industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Provides administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
• Develops and prepares agendas, collates materials, and ensures timely distribution of committee packs.
• Produces accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions and tracks actions.
• Manages risk committee meeting schedules and maintains Terms of Reference.
• Maintains strategic crisis management documentation and reporting for risk committees.
