VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to support the Enterprise Risk Management framework and its committees. You will prepare agendas, collate materials, and produce accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions while ensuring timely actions and reporting.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to engage with Senior Management to drive high-quality risk reporting across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive finance or banking is essential.
• Excellent minute-taking skills and ability to produce accurate committee packs.
• Discretion and confidentiality are mandatory when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management and across levels.

Responsabilités

• Develops and prepares agendas for relevant risk committees.
• Collates materials and ensures data accuracy for risk reporting.
• Produces minutes reflecting confidential discussions and actions.
• Manages meeting schedules and annual Terms of Reference reviews.
• Maintains crisis management documentation and reporting.
