Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide extensive administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework. You will support the Risk Committee and ERC through accurate, timely reporting and thorough minute taking.

The role requires high attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to work with Senior Management to maintain effective governance processes.

Qualifications

• Solid previous experience within Automotive finance or the banking industry.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for minute taking and production of committee packs; minutes should reflect discussions.
• Ability to communicate at all levels including Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares all agendas in consultation with the Chair and senior management.
• Collates and organises materials for committees; quality review of data; challenges inconsistencies/errors.
• Produces minutes from material risk committees and ERC that reflect confidential discussions.
• Manages meeting schedules and business calendars to ensure up‑to‑date upward reporting to the Board of Management.
• Oversees annual review cycle of Terms of Reference for risk committees and ERC.
• Maintains strategic crisis management documentation and reporting.
