VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and to support committees up to Board level, delivering high-quality risk reporting through accurate data and timely minutes.

You will develop agendas, collate materials, produce minutes, manage meeting schedules, review Terms of Reference, and maintain crisis management documentation, while handling confidential information with discretion and communicating

Qualificações

• Solid previous experience within Automotive finance or the banking industry.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for minute taking and production of committee packs; minutes must reflect discussions.
• A detailed thinker who can understand multi-threaded arguments and draw clear conclusions.
• Ability to communicate at all levels including Senior Management.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and prepares all committee agendas with Chair and senior management.
• Collates materials for committees and ensures data accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
• Produces accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions and records decisions and actions.
• Manages meeting schedules and business calendars for risk committees and ERC.
• Maintains Terms of Reference and crisis management documentation.
