Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to support the Enterprise Risk Management framework and committees. The role involves preparing agendas, collating materials, producing accurate minutes, and ensuring timely risk reporting to board-level stakeholders.

The successful candidate will handle confidential information with discretion, work to deadlines, and communicate effectively with Senior Management across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Excellent minute taking and material preparation skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with Senior Management and above.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas in consultation with Chairs and senior management.
• Collate and organise materials for committees; ensure data accuracy.
• Produce accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions.
• Distribute packs electronically within required timeframes.
• Manage meeting calendars and scheduling for risk committees.
• Maintain Terms of Reference and crisis management documentation.
