VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide extensive administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and to support the Risk Committee reporting. • Solid previous experience within Automotive finance or the banking industry.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for minute taking and production of committee packs.
• Ability to communicate at all levels including Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Supports administration and minute taking for risk committees.
• Prepares agendas and meeting packs with senior management.
• Maintains committee schedules and governance documentation.
• Produces accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions.
• Supports annual review of Terms of Reference.
