VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to support the Enterprise Risk Management framework and committees. The role involves preparing agendas, collating materials, and producing accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions, enabling upward reporting to the Board of Management.

You will manage meeting schedules and oversee Terms of Reference reviews, while maintaining crisis management documentation.

Qualificações

• Solid previous experience within Automotive finance or the banking industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Ability to communicate at all levels including Senior Management.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and prepares all agendas through consultation with relevant Chair and senior management.
• Collates and organises materials for committees; quality reviews for consistency, accuracy and timeliness of data reported.
• Produces technically accurate and comprehensive minutes from the material risk committees and ERC.
• Manages and owns the risk committees meeting schedules and related calendars.
• Responsible for the annual review cycle of the Terms of Reference for material risk committees and ERC.
• Maintaining strategic crisis management documentation and reporting.
