VWFS UK is seeking a prudent Risk Control Officer to provide extensive administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and related committees. You will produce high-quality risk reporting, minutes, and concise action tracking, collaborating with Risk Control, Senior Management and Board-level stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include agenda development, pack distribution, minute-taking, and maintaining oversight of committee schedules and governance

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Automotive finance or banking.
• Accuracy and attention to detail essential for minutes and data.
• Confidential information handling and discretion required.
• Ability to communicate at all levels, including Senior Management.

Responsabilités

• Develops and prepares all agendas with Chairs and senior management.
• Collates materials for committees and reviews data accuracy.
• Produces accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions.
• Distributes meeting packs on time and ensures data consistency.
• Manages committee schedules and annual Terms of Reference reviews.
