VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide extensive administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and related committees. You will work with the Risk Control team, Senior Management, and up to Board level to ensure high-quality risk reporting through accurate and timely committee packs and minutes.

The role emphasizes discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to meet deadlines while communicating across senior levels.

Qualifications

• Solid experience within Automotive finance or the banking industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to communicate at all levels including Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares agendas with Chairs and senior management.
• Collates material for committees; ensures data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Produces accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions.
• Manages committee schedules and governance calendars for upward reporting to the Board.
• Maintains Terms of Reference and crisis management documentation.
