VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to support the Enterprise Risk Management framework and its committees. You will prepare agendas, collate materials, and produce accurate minutes that faithfully reflect confidential discussions, ensuring timely actions and upward reporting to the Board of Management.

Qualificações

• Solid previous experience within Automotive finance or the banking industry.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for minute taking and production of committee packs.
• Ability to communicate at all levels including Senior Management.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and prepares all agendas through consultation with relevant Chair and senior management.
• Collates and organises materials for committees; quality reviews for consistency, accuracy and timeliness of data reported.
• Produces technically accurate and comprehensive minutes reflecting confidential discussions.
• Manages meeting schedules and calendar to ensure proper reporting to the Board of Management.
• Maintains Terms of Reference and crisis management documentation.
