Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide extensive administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework. The role supports the Enterprise Risk Committee and the Operational Risk & Financial Crime Risk Committee, delivering high‑quality risk reporting.

You will develop agendas, collate materials, produce accurate minutes, and manage committee schedules to ensure timely upward reporting to the Board of Management.

Qualifications

• Solid previous experience within automotive finance or the banking industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills across all management levels, including Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares all agendas through consultation with relevant Chair and senior management to ensure all standard agenda items are addressed.
• Collates and organises materials for committees; quality reviews for data consistency, accuracy and timeliness.
• Produces technically accurate and comprehensive minutes from risk committees and ERC reflecting confidential discussions.
• Manages and owns risk committees meeting schedules and annual Terms of Reference reviews to ensure proper governance and reporting.
