Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to support the Enterprise Risk Management framework. You will prepare agendas, collate materials, and produce minutes reflecting confidential discussions for senior management and the Board of Management.

You will work with the Risk Control team to ensure accurate, timely risk reporting and maintain governance documentation. The role requires discretion, precision, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive finance or banking.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication at senior management level.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares all agendas with relevant chairs and senior management.
• Collates and organises committee materials; ensures data accuracy and timeliness.
• Produces accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions.
• Manages risk committees meeting schedules and governance documents.
• Maintains Terms of Reference and crisis management documentation.
