VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide administrative and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and its committees. You will craft agendas with Chairs, prepare committee packs, and produce precise minutes reflecting confidential discussions.

You will manage meeting schedules and governance calendars to ensure upward reporting to the Board of Management, and oversee Terms of Reference reviews.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and discretion are essential for minute taking and confidential reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication with Senior Management.
• Ability to produce accurate, timely risk committee minutes and packs.

Responsabilités

• Prepare agendas with Chairs and senior management.
• Collate materials for committees and ensure data accuracy.
• Produce minutes reflecting confidential discussions.
• Manage risk committee schedules and governance calendars.
• Oversee annual review of Terms of Reference for risk committees and ERC.
• Maintain crisis management documentation and reporting.
