Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to support the Enterprise Risk Management framework and the Risk Committees, collaborating with Risk Control, Senior Management and up to Board level to deliver high-quality risk reporting.

The role focuses on agendas, materials, minutes, and governance processes to ensure accurate, timely data and effective escalation of actions while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional discretion.

Qualifications

• Experience within Automotive finance or banking preferred.
• Ability to produce accurate minutes and committee packs reflecting discussions.
• Discretion handling confidential information and sensitive data.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares agendas in collaboration with Chairs and senior management.
• Collates materials for committees; reviews data for accuracy and timeliness.
• Produces minutes that accurately reflect confidential discussions.
• Distributes meeting packs electronically within required timeframes.
• Manages meeting schedules and calendar for risk committees and ERC.
• Oversees annual review cycle of Terms of Reference for material risk committees and ERC.
• Maintains crisis management documentation and reporting.
