Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide administrative and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and its committees. The role collaborates with the Risk Control team, Senior Management, and up to Board level to deliver high-quality risk reporting.

You will develop agendas, collate and review materials for committees, produce accurate minutes, and manage meeting schedules and governance documentation.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Automotive finance or banking industries.
• High accuracy and attention to detail essential for minute taking and producing committee packs.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels including Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares all committee agendas with Chairs and senior management.
• Collates materials and ensures data accuracy and timeliness for reporting.
• Produces minutes reflecting confidential discussions and ensures actions are captured.
• Manages meeting schedules and governance calendar for risk committees to report to the Board of Management.
• Oversees Terms of Reference reviews for risk committees and ERC.
