Job description
Overview

The Risk Lead post will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for risk management across the organisation, ensuring compliance with national standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement risk strategy/framework and update policies
  • Provide oversight of compliance against strategy/framework
  • Produce and present meaningful reports for committees and develop divisional reports
  • Provide expert advice to senior teams, including developing a range of training that is accessible to staff groups involved in risk management
  • Provide operational management to the Risk Facilitators
