This role is pivotal within MAG’s Governance & Estimating team, driving the implementation and continuous improvement of risk management across major programmes and capital projects. You will provide expert guidance on identifying, assessing, and quantifying risks, deliver clear and actionable risk reports, and highlight emerging trends and opportunities. As a key advocate for best practice, you will also lead capability development and facilitate collaborative sessions to embed robust risk management across the project community.
The successful candidate will have experience in risk management in a construction or civil engineering environment, with an APM Risk Management Certificate and a professional qualification in construction or civil engineering also being advantageous. You’ll have to lead in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders, with excellent communication skills at a senior level. You’ll also have good working knowledge of project delivery ways of working and project control tools.
