An exciting opportunity is available to join our Group Payments team! The Risk and Controls team within Group Payments plays a key role in driving the transformation of the Group Payments control environment. You’ll be responsible for supporting Risk and Control owners in embedding the Group’s Risk Framework, control self‑assessments, and offering SME insights into remediation and ongoing compliance. You will also lead initiatives related to risk reduction and automate controls within Group Payments. This role demands strong leadership, cross‑functional coordination, and the ability to influence senior leaders, alongside a deep understanding of risk and controls within financial services.
