Reward Manager (Compensation) – Luxury Retail – West London

Workplace: Hybrid - 2-3 days per week from West London HQ

The Role

As Compensation Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering compensation programs across the organisation. This role ensures that reward structures are competitive, equitable, and aligned with strategic objectives, fostering an environment where talent is attracted, retained, and appropriately rewarded. Working closely with senior HR leaders, business partners, and regional stakeholders, you will develop and execute forward-thinking compensation strategies that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Reward Design: Shape innovative reward frameworks that align with business objectives and support a dynamic, forward-thinking workforce.
  • Industry Benchmarking: Perform regular market analyses to benchmark salaries and benefits, ensuring competitiveness within the luxury retail sector.
  • Performance Incentives: Design and manage performance-based incentives, including bonus and equity schemes.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Maintain data integrity and conduct in-depth compensation analyses to inform leadership decision-making.
  • Role Evaluation & Equity: Conduct job evaluations and establish pay structures to ensure internal fairness.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all compensation programmes adhere to local laws and industry regulations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, payroll, and finance teams to streamline reward initiatives.
  • Engagement & Transparency: Educate employees and managers on compensation policies to enhance understanding and trust.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a driven and forward-thinking individual with:

  • Proven expertise in compensation management within FMCG, luxury goods, or a multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, high proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to communicate complex data clearly.
  • An adaptable, collaborative approach with sensitivity to diverse cultural contexts.
  • Experience managing compensation programmes across EMEA, with a keen eye for trends and innovations in rewards.
