A global recruitment firm is seeking a Reward Manager to support the European region. This strategic role requires collaborating with senior leadership on reward strategy and delivering compensation projects. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years in a total reward position and international experience. Proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus. This position starts as a 12-month fixed term contract with a strong chance of extension or permanence.
We have partnered with a global UK-listed multinational within the FMCG / Manufacturing space on the search for a Reward Manager to support the European region. This is a key strategic role that works closely with senior leaders to partner and advise on the total reward strategy for the region. The role is well suited to Reward Managers who are ambitious, great at building relationships and engaging with senior stakeholders. This role will be offered on an initial 12-month fixed term contract with strong potential to be extended and made permanent.
