Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for equity‑focused products within the Vialto Equity and Compensation suite.
  • Define success metrics and outcomes, ensuring measurable value for clients and employees.
  • Lead discovery activities to deeply understand user needs across teams.

Job Description

The Senior Product Manager - Equity and Reward plays a critical role in shaping and evolving Vialto’s equity‑related digital products, supporting clients and employees across complex, global equity compensation journeys. This role takes ownership of the products within the equity domain, from vision and roadmap through delivery and continuous improvement.

Working at the intersection of global mobility, equity compensation, and technology, the role partners closely with engineering, design, tax, equity, and client service teams to deliver solutions that are accurate, scalable, and intuitive. The focus is on simplifying highly complex equity processes while meeting regulatory, reporting, and compliance requirements across jurisdictions.

This role contributes directly to the Vialto product suite, helping position equity products as trusted, market‑leading solutions that enable better decisions, reduce risk, and improve user experience for both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
  • Own the product vision and roadmap for equity‑focused products or modules within the Vialto Equity and Compensation suite.
  • Define success metrics and outcomes, ensuring products deliver measurable value for clients, employees, and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce automation, data‑driven insights, or AI‑enabled capabilities to reduce complexity and manual effort.
Discovery & Delivery
  • Lead discovery activities to deeply understand user needs across equity administrators, mobility teams, payroll, and employees.
  • Partner with design and engineering to turn insights into well‑defined, prioritised product increments.
  • Manage backlog, prioritisation, and trade‑offs to balance regulatory needs, client demand, and long‑term product strategy.
  • Support planning, testing, release, and adoption to ensure smooth delivery and high‑quality outcomes.
Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor product performance, usage, and feedback to inform ongoing enhancements.
  • Stay current on equity compensation trends, regulatory change, and emerging technology that could impact product strategy.
  • Contribute to broader product practice improvements, including discovery standards, product rituals, and ways of working.

Additional Information
  • This is a regular full‑time position.
  • This is a hybrid role.
  • Location: UK - (preferred). Also open to Canada (Toronto), and U.S. (New York, Connecticut). Open to east coast locations close to office.
  • Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
