This role involves advising clients on remuneration strategies, incentive design, and market practices. Our Reward team sits within our Workforce network, as part of our wider Tax, Legal and People practice. Workforce is built up of specialist teams who provide advice and support to manage organisational and people challenges, delivering tailored solutions to each of our clients. As part of the Workforce Reward team you'll help clients attract and retain talent, ensure that the way their employees are rewarded is aligned to corporate strategy, is cost effective and best supports employee performance and engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the Workforce Reward team as a Senior Manager. The role would be responsible for advising organisations on all aspects of remuneration including reward strategy, incentive design, job architecture, performance management and provision of market practice. The scope of the role is wide and will vary depending on the needs of our clients.
