Stott and May Inc. is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations for a high-growth AI fraud prevention company in the UK. This is the first RevOps hire, reporting directly to the CEO, with ownership to scale the revenue function globally.

You will lead forecasting, pipeline management, territory design, and compensation strategies while collaborating with senior leadership to drive scalable growth.

• Experience building or transforming a RevOps function.
