Annapurna IT in London is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to design and lead the global revenue stack for a fast-growing SaaS business. You will own the systems, processes and data that power sales, marketing and customer success at scale.

You will partner with senior leadership to implement AI and automation, optimize the CRM and revenue tech, and deliver robust reporting and forecasting to drive commercial outcomes across markets.

• Proven Revenue Operations leadership in SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Experience building systems and infrastructure from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of CRM, data and revenue processes.
• Comfort with AI and automation to enable sales teams.

• Own and develop the global Revenue Operations function.
• Build scalable systems, processes and workflows to support growth.
• Partner with Sales leadership to improve productivity and pipeline performance.
• Embed AI into sales processes and workflows.
• Introduce automation to reduce manual work and boost efficiency.
• Own and optimise the CRM and revenue technology stack.
• Develop reporting, forecasting and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Improve data quality and pipeline management across markets.
