Responsibilities

  • Delivery of the strategy for all market segments to maximise sales and revenue.
  • Oversee the yield management of function space and bedroom inventory.
  • Manage the sales and events office team to meet budget expectations.
  • Review and deliver effective processes during the sales cycle.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to ensure targets are met.
