As Retrofit Site Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for managing the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of retrofit works — including EWI, IWI, CWI, loft insulation, air-source heat pumps (ASHPs) and other energy‑saving upgrades. You’ll coordinate site teams, manage subcontractors, ensure compliance, and keep projects running on time and within budget.
You’re an experienced Site Manager or Retrofit Lead with a deep understanding of PAS / compliance and energy‑efficient construction. You’ll bring strong technical, leadership, and communication skills, with a hands‑on approach to quality and safety.
