ISS Facilities Services in the West Midlands is seeking a Retail Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation of a busy hospital visitor restaurant. You will lead by example, ensuring excellent service and adherence to food safety standards.

This role suits someone with hospitality, catering, retail or customer service experience who can manage staff, stock, cash handling and customer queries in a hospital setting.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality, catering, retail or customer service.
• Experience leading a front-of-house team is desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is preferred.
