Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a Retail Supervisor to join M&S on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week, with variable shifts.

You will supervise frontline teams, operate the till, manage rotas, check deliveries and stock, and uphold Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards. A strong focus on customer service and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Have experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment.
• Have good communication skills and a focus on great customer service.
• Be a team player with a can-do attitude.
• Be able to work under pressure while staying positive.

About The Role

We're currently recruiting a Retail Supervisor to join M&S on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week, working variable shifts.
