Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, catering, retail or customer service.
• Experience leading a front-of-house team is desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the daily operation of the hospital restaurant and café areas.
• Leading, motivating, and supporting front-of-house team members.
• Ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
• Managing staffing levels and allocating duties during service.
• Supporting stock control, ordering and waste management.
• Monitoring food quality, hygiene standards and safety compliance.
• Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Supporting the Retail Manager in achieving service objectives.
